By downloading, installing, or using the AntiqueGlass mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AntiqueGlass is an AI-powered mobile application that helps users identify, analyze, and value antique and vintage glassware. The App provides:

  • Glass identification through image analysis
  • Estimated market valuations
  • Condition assessments
  • Historical and contextual information
  • Collection management tools

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

The App offers limited free functionality, including a limited number of glass scans per day.

4.2 Premium Subscription

Premium features are available through a paid subscription:

  • Subscription includes a 3-day free trial for new users
  • Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed according to Apple's App Store policies. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
  • Upload malicious content or images
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
  • Use automated systems to access the App

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by AntiqueGlass and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • The accuracy of glass identifications or valuations
  • The condition assessments are definitive
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service

IMPORTANT: AntiqueGlass provides estimates and assessments for informational purposes only. Always consult professional appraisers for high-value transactions or authentication needs.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANTIQUEGLASS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from reliance on glass valuations or condition assessments

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AntiqueGlass from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AntiqueGlass operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
